【鹹香惹味】蓮藕蝦米煎肉餅 Pan fried patty with lotus root and dry shrimp 2023 年 03 月 31 日發佈 Cook1Cook 列印 0 3 1954 請稍等. 請稍等. 想煎肉餅多汁之前仲有啲鹹香同咬口,咁就可以加埋蓮藕同蝦米一齊煎,蝦米嘅鹹香同甘甜就滲入肉汁之中,而蓮藕就帶嚟爽脆嘅口感,仲提供大量膳食纖維,令呢道菜式更加健康! 食譜影片 查看影片詳情 食材 (3-4人) 1小時內 食材 免治豬肉 Minced pork 180克/g 蓮藕 Lotus root 120克/g 馬蹄 Water chestnut 5粒/pcs 蝦米 Dried shrimp 適量/Some 難蛋 Egg 1隻/pc 蔥花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some 生粉 Corn starch 適量/To use 醃料 糖 Sugar 適量/Some 鹽 Salt 適量/Some 生抽 Soy sauce 適量/Some 1蓮藕汆水後切碎 Blanche and chop lotus root. 2馬蹄去皮後切碎 Peel and chop water chestnuts. 3蝦米浸軟後切碎 Soak and chop dried shrimp. 4免治豬肉加入醃料拌勻 Marinate minced pork with marinade. 5再加入蓮藕碎、馬蹄碎、蝦米碎、雞蛋和生粉拌勻 Mix well with chopped lotus root, water chestnuts, dried shrimp, beaten egg, and corn starch. 6加入蔥花拌勻 Stir in chopped spring onion. 7放在平底鍋上壓平 Flatten the mixture in a flat pan. 8用慢火煎至兩面金黃色即可 Pan fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
