1鰹魚豉油、味醂及水拌勻成天婦羅汁備用 Mix bonito soy sauce, mirin and water as tempura sauce.

2天婦羅粉按指示加冰水拌勻成粉漿以增加脆度 According to the package. mix tempura batter flour with cold water.

3芫荽沾上天婦羅粉漿,放入熱油中炸至浮起 Dip coriander stalks into the batter, then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

4伴以天婦羅汁享用 Serve with tempura sauce.
