九層塔煎蛋餅Pan-fried Eggs with Basil

1把九層塔洗淨瀝乾水後,摘下九層塔葉待用。 Wash the basil and drain. Take the leaves for use.

2打勻雞蛋。 Beat eggs.

4待蛋半熟狀態,把九層塔葉放進雞蛋內,再反轉另一面煎至金黃色,灑上少許鹽調味,最後加上一小株九層葉作裝飾用,完成。 Add the basil leaves into the semi-cooked egg, flip into another side. Pan fried till it turns into golden color. Season with salt. Garnish with basil leaves. Ready to serve.
