Heat the eggs for 3.5 minutes. 3取出放入冷水內泡浸 Put the boiled eggs into a bowl of ice water for cooling down. 4待完全冷卻後剝殼後備用 Then remove shell. 5陳年花雕加入一湯匙魚露 Add fish sauce into Haudiao. 6再放入雞蛋 And eggs. 7放入雪櫃浸24小時後即可食用 Refrigerated for 24 hours.
