芫荽米紙紫菜酥 Deep fry coriander, rice paper and seaweed

1紫菜鋪平,再平均放上芫荽 Put a sheet of seaweed on a table, then place some coriander on it.

2在大碟中裝適量水,放入米紙皮沾濕 Soften a sheet of rice paper with a plate of water.

3將米紙平放在紫菜上 Put the rice paper sheet on top of the seaweed sheet.

4將米紙連同紫菜用剪刀一開四,風乾約半小時待米紙變乾 Cut the seaweed sheet into 4. Let rice paper dry for about 30 minutes.

5燒熱油,中火將米紙炸至漲起,立即撈出 Heat oil. Deep fry the seaweed over medium heat. Take out once the rice paper is inflated.

6灑上少許椒鹽調味,完成 Seasons with pepper salt. Done.
