韓式海鮮煎餅 Seafood Omelette in Korean Style
海鮮煎餅係好多人鍾意嘅韓國菜式,特別係唔鍾意食辣嘅朋友就最啱,因為材料之內無辣椒同辣醬,所以佢無論係韓國嘅街頭或餐廳都咁受歡迎。其實呢款煎餅嘅材料真係好簡單,自己整都一樣咁容易,你都試下啦!

1先用麻油炒香洋葱絲、椰菜絲及紅蘿蔔絲,盛起備用 Stir fry onion, cabbage and carrot with sesame until fragrant. Dish up.

2原鍋炒香雜錦海鮮至半熟 Stir fry mixed seafood until half done.

3將中筋麵粉、生粉、雞蛋、鹽、泡打粉及水拌勻成粉漿,再加入炒好的蔬菜及海鮮拌勻 Mix plain flour, corn starch, egg, salt, baking powder and water into a batter. Then add pan fried vegetables and seafood.

4下適量的粉漿,先以大火煎至定形,再以中小火煎至熟透即成. Add the batter into a pan. Pan fry with high heat to let it set. Then turn to low heat to cook thoroughly.
