【 簡易食譜 】超簡單免焗OREO月餅 及 消化餅月餅 2020 年 09 月 30 日發佈 Cook1Cook 列印 9 16 7955 請稍等. 請稍等. 中秋節唔食返幾個月餅,會無咩過節嘅感覺。屋企無焗爐嘅你,可以試下依款超簡單OREO月餅/消化餅月餅。只需要簡單材料同步驟,新手都可以輕鬆整月餅。 食譜影片 查看影片詳情 食材 (3-4人) 1小時內 食材 OREO 240克240g 消化餅 Digestive Biscuits 240克 240g 牛油Butter 200克200g 忌廉芝士 Cream cheese 200克200g 吉利丁片Gelatin sheet 1 片1 pc 朱古力豆 Chocolate beans 適量some 1把OREO的內餡和餅乾分開 Spilt all OREO into cream and cookies 2餅乾部分放入膠袋壓碎,備用 Put the cookies into a bag then crush them 3消化餅同樣放入膠袋壓碎備用。 Crush the digestive biscuits in another bag 4牛油加熱至融化 Heat to melt the butter 5取一半加入OREO餅乾碎 Add half into crushed OREO cookies 6拌勻備用。 Mix well. 7餘下的牛油加入消化餅碎,拌勻備用。 Add the remaining butter into digestive biscuits crumbs, mix well. 8吉利丁片放入水中浸軟, Soak a gelatin sheet in water, set aside 9加熱至融化 Heat to melt the gelatin sheet 10忌廉芝士用攪拌機打法至順滑 Use an electric mixer to mix cream cheese smooth 11加入OREO內餡攪拌均勻 Add in OREO cream, mix well 12最後加入融化好的吉利丁片拌勻 Then add dissolved gelatin, mix again. 13忌廉芝士分成兩等份 Divide cream cheese into two parts 14分別拌入不同口味的朱古力豆 Add one kind of chocolate beans into each half 15把忌廉芝士搓成圓形 放入雪櫃冷藏半小時備用 Shape the cream into balls Freeze for half an hour 16往月餅模具裡放入OREO餅乾碎 In a mooncake mould put in some OREO crumbs 17按壓延展到四周,放入一份內餡 Press to spread the crumbs over, Put in a ball of cream cheese 18放上一層餅乾碎壓實,,就完成了。 Layer some OREO crumbs on top and push tightly remove from mould 19同樣的,把消化餅碎放入模具按壓, Similarly, place digestive biscuits crumbs into a mould and press 20放入一份內餡,再放上一層消化餅碎壓實,即可。 Add in one cream cheese ball, and cover with digestive biscuits crumbs again, done. 21
