【蒜香撲鼻】蒜香牛油雞翼 Garlic butter wings
每次食越南菜都會點蒜蓉牛油雞翼,想自己整又怕炸雞翼好麻煩?其實將炸雞翼呢個步驟交畀氣炸鍋代勞,之前再自己蒜蓉牛油汁就攪掂啦!話咁易就整好呢道越式美食呀!

1雞翼 即買 加入蒜蓉、生抽、胡椒粉、生粉、砂糖、麻油、紹興酒及蛋白拌勻醃20分鐘 Marinate chicken wings with garlic, soy sauce, pepper, starch , sugar, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and egg white for 20 minutes

2將雞翼 即買 沾上生粉,然後噴油 Coat chicken wings with corn starch then spray some oil.

5燒熱鍋,加入少許油及牛油煮溶 Heat a pan, melt some oil and butter.

7最後加入雞翼 即買 炒勻至牛油收乾 Add and stir fry the wings until butter is absorbed.
