1煮沸一煲水,下蔥段和薑片,再下雞腎 即買 Boil a pot of water, add the shallots and ginger slices then add the chicken kidneys.

2煮沸後,再轉小火煮15分鐘 Bring to a boil, turn to alow heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

3撈起雞腎 即買 放入冰水浸10分鐘 Pick up the chicken kidneys and soak in ice water for 10 minutes

5將雞腎 即買 、香槽露、花雕酒和杞子放入大瓶內 Add chicken kidney, Xiang Zao Lu, Huadiao wine and goji berries into a big jar.
