2牛油加糖打混至完全混合
Beat butter and sugar together until soft and pale in color

Slowly add whisked egg into butter and sugar mixture

Slowly add milk and coconut milk.

Followed by mashed sweet potato.

Finally fold in sieved flour and salt.
7倒入焗爐模具,以180度焗45-60分鐘至表面金黃色
Turn mixture into a loaf tin. Bake for 45-60 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180c
8用餐刀插入蛋糕,如能乾淨拔出,表示蛋糕經已全熟。出爐後放置約30分鐘,切開享用風味更佳。
The cake is cooked when a knife can be inserted and removed clean. Cool down for 30 minutes and serve sliced.
