【家常食譜】營養蔬菜蛋餅 Nutritious Pan Fry Vegetable and Egg 2022 年 09 月 07 日發佈 Cook1Cook 列印 0 4 2471 請稍等. 請稍等. 氹小朋友食菜真係唔容易,不如試下整呢個營養蔬菜蛋餅,做法簡單,賣相吸引,有菜有蛋又有啲香口,餸飯真真係一流,今晚就整畀小朋友試下啦! 食譜影片 查看影片詳情 食材 (3-4人) 1小時內 食材 椰菜 Cabbage ½ 個 ½pc 甘筍 Carrot 1條 1pc 雞蛋 Egg 3-4隻 3-4pc 麵粉 Flour 4湯匙 4tbsp 鹽 Salt 少許 Some 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許 Some 1椰菜切幼絲 Shred cabbage. 2甘筍切幼絲 Shred carrot. 3加1隻雞蛋、麵粉、鹽及胡椒粉拌勻 Mix well with 1 egg, flour, salt and pepper. 4將蔬菜絲鋪在平底鑊上,弄成環狀,慢火煎香 Spread shredded vegetables into a ring shape on a pan. Pan fry over low heat. 5將雞蛋煎打在環內,繼續煎香及翻轉至成形,完成 Put the egg inside the ring. Pan fry and flip until the cake is set. Done.
