1用小鍋煲滾1公升水,加300毫升常溫水,放入2-3雞蛋,加蓋泡浸10分鐘 Bring 1L water to a boil. Add 300ml room temperature water. Put 2-3 eggs inside for 10 minutes.

2取出後放冷水中冷卻備用 Soak in cool water to cool down.

3肥牛片汆水,洋葱切絲 Blanch beef slices. Shred onion.

4細火爆香洋葱,下所有調味料,滾起後加蓋煮洋葱2分鐘 Stir fry onion over low heat until fragrant. Add all seasonings. Bring to a boil then cook onion for 2 minutes.

5下牛肉片拌勻,淋在飯面享用 Add beef slices. Serve with rice.

6加入溫泉蛋,完成 Add onsen egg on top.
