【家常菜式】沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲 Satay Beef and Glass Vermicelli in Clay Pot

1粉絲浸軟,擠乾水備用 Soak glass vermicelli until tender. Squeeze dry.

2指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.

3肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.

4原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.

5下沙爹醬炒香 Add satay paste and stir fry until fragrant.

6加水及生粉水煮至濃稠 Add water and starch solution until the soup is thickened.

7下粉絲 Add glass vermicelli.

8放上肥牛片,灑葱花即成 Add beef slices. Garnish with chopped spring onion and done.
