1把蔥,蒜頭,莞茜切碎 cit the spring onion,parsley and garlic into small piece

2把蠔油,糖,麻油,蔥,莞茜,蒜頭,水攪渾 mix oyster sauce, sesame oil,water,spring onion and parsley,garlic, mix together

3切豆腐放上碟,把調好的汁放上,再切皮蛋放上cut the tofu and put on a plate, then put the sauce and pantin on top
