2洋蔥切細末(如影片示範);蒜切細末

4倒入絞肉、轉中火、先平鋪鍋底油煎1分鐘;再翻面油煎1分鐘;接著翻炒至絞肉全熟

6倒入自製豬高湯,蓋上鍋蓋,燜煮至鍋緣冒出水蒸氣

7掀蓋、添加清水(份量依個人喜好濃稠度斟酌)、蓋上鍋蓋

8待再次煮滾、加入糖拌至溶化; 再添加乾燥香草拌勻、月桂葉拌煮約1分鐘、蕃茄糊
TIPS
1. 熬煮時間越久成品越濃稠。
2. 剩餘蕃茄糊從罐頭挖出,裝進玻璃罐內並入冰箱冷藏保存!或分裝入冷凍庫保存更久!
