【泰國菜】泰式明爐馬友魚
泰式明爐魚最重要當然是有個明爐,但如果沒有,可以用碟代替,就不用放椰菜絲墊底了。明爐魚通常是用烏頭或鱸魚,我個人鍾意用馬友,肉質嫩滑好多。
