想煎肉餅多汁之前仲有啲鹹香同咬口,咁就可以加埋蓮藕同蝦米一齊煎,蝦米嘅鹹香同甘甜就滲入肉汁之中,而蓮藕就帶嚟爽脆嘅口感,仲提供大量膳食纖維,令呢道菜式更加健康!

- 免治豬肉 Minced pork 180克/g
- 蓮藕 Lotus root 120克/g
- 馬蹄 Water chestnut 5粒/pcs
- 蝦米 Dried shrimp 適量/Some
- 難蛋 Egg 1隻/pc
- 蔥花 Chopped spring onion 適量/Some
- 生粉 Corn starch 適量/To use
醃料
- 糖 Sugar 適量/Some
- 鹽 Salt 適量/Some
- 生抽 Soy sauce 適量/Some

蓮藕汆水後切碎 Blanche and chop lotus root.

馬蹄去皮後切碎 Peel and chop water chestnuts.

蝦米浸軟後切碎 Soak and chop dried shrimp.

免治豬肉加入醃料拌勻 Marinate minced pork with marinade.

再加入蓮藕碎、馬蹄碎、蝦米碎、雞蛋和生粉拌勻 Mix well with chopped lotus root, water chestnuts, dried shrimp, beaten egg, and corn starch.

加入蔥花拌勻 Stir in chopped spring onion.

放在平底鍋上壓平 Flatten the mixture in a flat pan.

用慢火煎至兩面金黃色即可 Pan fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
