【香口惹味】BBQ醬雞翼尖 Barbecue sauce chicken wing tips
燒雞翼,人人都鍾意食。即使去唔到郊外燒,喺食物到塗滿BBQ醬再氣炸或焗一陣,都可以做到燒烤風味。呢款BBQ醬雞翼尖既有燒烤風味,食起上嚟又方便,啱晒嘉歡吮骨嘅朋友呀!

1雞翼 即買 尖洗淨抹乾,下鹽、碎胡椒粉及蒜粉醃15分鐘 Rinse then pat dry chicken wing tips. Marinate with salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder for 15 minutes.

2將雞翼 即買 尖放入氣炸鍋,以180度氣炸3分鐘,翻轉再炸3分鐘 Air fry each side for 3 minutes at 180°C.

3取出雞翼 即買 尖,放入氣炸鍋的烘焗盤內,加BBQ醬拌勻 Move dry chicken wing tips to the baking mould of air frier. Mix well with barbecue sauce.

4將烘焗盤放入氣炸鍋內,以180度氣炸3分鐘 Air fry for for 3 minutes at 180°C.
