Facebook: 疫情煮到悶?不如今晚食雞腳!雞腳的煮法非常之多,既可以煮中式嘅南乳、陳醋口味,又可以試下泰式、或者韓式口味,款款都配飯一流,而且煮法簡單。
食材
- 急凍無骨鳳爪 Frozen boneless chicken feet 250g
- 蒜頭 Garlic 3 cloves 3瓣
- 洋蔥 Garlic 1/4 pc 1/4個
- 指天椒 Bird's eye chili 1 pc 1隻
- 芫茜 Coriander 1 bunch 1棵
- 甘筍 Carrots 50g 50克
汁料
- Sauce
- 魚露 Fish sauce 50 ml 50毫升
- 白醋 White vinegar 40ml 40毫升
- 青檸汁 Lime juice 13 ml 13毫升
- 砂糖 Sugar 40g 40克
- 水 Water 35ml

雞腳 即買 出水,開鍋下冷水,水中下紹酒,蔥段、薑片。 bianch chicen feet;in a pan of cold water;add shaoxing wine,green onion,ginger.

先將所有汁料下鍋,小火拌煮至糖溶化,放涼備用。 Place sauce ingredients in a pot, melt sugar over low heat. Let cool down.
