1忌廉芝士室溫解凍到軟身 Defrost cream cheese at room temperature

2把忌廉芝士打至均勻 Whisk cream cheese -
3然後分兩次加入糖打發 Mix in sugar in two proportions -
4再分開兩次加入雞蛋打均 Whisk in an egg at a time -
5把篩過的麵粉加入攪拌 Sift flour into the mixture -
6最後分3次加入鮮奶 Add milk in 3 separate times -
7將麵糊過篩確保沒有顆粒 Sift the mixture so it is smooth

8把麵糊倒入蛋糕模 Pour mixtures into cupcake molds -
9以180度氣炸6分鐘 ， Air fry at 180°C for 6 mins -
10之後改為160度氣炸12分鐘 Then air fry at 160°C for 12 mins -
11再次調教至 120度氣炸4分鐘 Air fry at 120°C for 4 mins -
12讓蛋糕在裡面冷卻 let the cakes cool down inside.
