4取出雪好的牛奶/蜜瓜奶,切成適當大小 Cut chilled milk mixture to suitable size
5把奶糕放入發勻的雞蛋,均勻沾上蛋液,再均勻沾上麵包糠,重複以上步驟一次 Cover the milk pudding with egg paste, then bread crumbs, repeat once.
6將奶糕放入氣炸鍋,以200度氣炸6分鐘,完成。Air fry milk pudding at 200°C for 6 mins.
