豉油、糖、豆粉及少許薑腌雞和mushroom Sprinkle chicken and mushroom with soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and ginger

洗米,米和水1:1 wash rice, and rice and water 1:1

開中火煮至滾,再較小火煮3分鐘,放雞件及臘腸,煮10分鐘,熄火10分鐘 Cook rice with middle fire until it boils, then switch to small fire and cook for 3 mins. Put chicken and sausage, cook for 10 mins, then turn off and wait for 10 mins
