Then cutinto pieces. 2雪梨乾洗淨 Rinse dried pear. 3南北杏、蜜棗洗淨略浸 Rinse south and north apricot kernels and candied dates then soak for a while. 4煲滾約3公升水,下所有材料 Bring 3 liter water to a boil. Add all ingredients. 5滾起後轉小火煲45分鐘,可酌量加冰糖調味,完成 Turn to low heat after boiling. Boil for 45 minutes. Enjoy. TIPS
