1四季豆洗淨,切去頭尾,切段 Rinse string beans, cut the tips and section.

2免治豬肉醃10分鐘 Marinate minced pork.

3蒜頭拍裂備用 Crush garlic cloves.

4燒熱2湯匙油,爆香兩瓣蒜頭 Heat 2tbsp oil. Pan fry 2 garlic cloves until fragrant.

5下四季豆兜炒,灒紹興酒 Stir fry string beans. Add ShaoXing wine.

6加水至浸過四季豆,把四季豆灼至8成熟 Add water until string beans are covered. Cook until 80% cooked.

7盛起四季豆,瀝水 Drain the beans.

8下少許油爆香兩瓣蒜頭,下免治豬肉炒至7成熟 Pan fry 2 garlic cloves with some oil until fragrant. Stir fry minced pork until 70% cooked.

9下生抽及麻油 Add soy sauce and sesame oil.

10四季豆回鑊,炒勻 Add string beans and stir well.

11下生粉水埋芡,完成 Add starch solution. Done.
