洋蔥放入水中待用

make 4 downward cuts to form a double cross pattern, do not cut all the way through
Soak the onion in a bowl of water for later use

Place the onion inside the egg mixture, full coat the onion, then place it into the flour mixture, thoroughly coat it.
5重覆一次步驟
再次沾上蛋液和麵粉
Repeat the steps, coat the onion with egg mixture and flours again.
6洋蔥放入炸籃
將洋蔥散開成開花形狀
均勻地噴上足夠植物油
Place the onion in a frying basket,
adjust the onion into a blooming position, evenly spray on sufficient amount of oil.
7洋蔥花放入氣炸鍋
170度氣炸13分鐘,即成
Let the blooming onion goes into the air fryer, to cook for 130 minutes at 170°C. Serve right away.
