1肉排切塊後用豉油、鹽、糖、生粉及油醃30分鐘。Marinate chopped spareribs with soy sauce, salt, sugar, corn starch and oil for half an hour.
2罐頭蜜桃切件備用。Cut canned peaches.
3雞蛋打成蛋漿,肉裹上蛋漿再撲上生粉。Beat eggs, cover spareribs in egg paste then corn starch.
4氣炸鍋200度預熱3分鐘,後200度氣炸肉排10分鐘,取出翻面炸3分鐘,備用。Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 mins, cook spare ribs at 200°C for 10 mins, turn over air fry for 3 mins.
5燒熱穫下油,略炒蜜桃,加入白醋,糖和水,番茄醬兜匀汁收汁。再加入三色椒略炒,加入肉略炒,兜匀收汁即完成。Heat a pan, add oil, fry canned peaches, add white vinegar, sugar, water, and ketchup. Then add ribs and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
