TIPS
Tips:
1、 轻乳酪蛋糕需要用水浴法来烤,否则表面容易开裂,我用活底的模所以包了锡纸再加碗碟防止底部进水。
2、 轻乳酪蛋糕切的时候将小刀稍微加热一下就能切出整齐漂亮的切面了。
3、 轻乳酪蛋糕烤好放凉直接食用很软嫩但冷藏4小时以后再食用口感更好。
