1蒜頭切碎,水蓮切段。Shred garlic. Cut white water snowflakes in pieces.
2燒熱油,放入台灣香腸,蓋上中火煎至5成熟。取出香腸,切片,再切條。Heat the oil, pan fry Taiwanese sausage. Cover the lid and cook in mid-heat until medium done. Slice sausage and cut in strips.
3燒熱油,爆蒜頭,加入香腸同炒。加入水蓮,下生抽調味,加入米酒拌勻。Heat the oil, stir fry garlic. Put in sausage and stir fry, then put in white water snowflake. Put in soy sauce and cooking rice wine, stir well.
