想簡單快捷有啖湯水飲下?呢個雙冬粟米湯就啱晒你!簡簡單單三樣材料,用冬菇爆香做出湯嘅底味,加上冬瓜清熱去濕,仲有粟米嘅甜味,話咁快就飲得,而助有補氣養血,消除疲勞,助絕對係放工滾一滾嘅最佳選擇!呢個湯係仲係全素湯,菇素嘅朋友都飲得!

- 粟米 Corn on the cob 1條/stick
- 冬瓜 Winter melon 450克/g
- 乾冬菇 Dried shiitake mushroom 3-4隻/pcs
- 水Water 800毫升/ml
- 鹽 Salt 少許/some

乾冬菇浸乾 Soak dried shiitake mushrooms until they are soft.

榨乾水後切片 After squeezing out the excess water, slice them.

粟米切長條 Cut corn on the cob into long strips.

冬瓜去皮切大粒 Peel and dice winter melon.

燒熱鍋,下冬菇片細火爆數分鐘至香 Heat a wok and stir-fry the shiitake mushroom slices over low heat for a few minutes until fragrant.

下冬瓜粒,慢火炒香 Add the winter melon dices and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

加水煲滾 Add water and bring to a boil.
