  • 粟米 Corn on the cob 1條/stick
  • 冬瓜 Winter melon 450克/g
  • 乾冬菇 Dried shiitake mushroom 3-4隻/pcs
  • 水Water 800毫升/ml
  • 鹽 Salt 少許/some

    乾冬菇浸乾 Soak dried shiitake mushrooms until they are soft.

    榨乾水後切片 After squeezing out the excess water, slice them.

    粟米切長條 Cut corn on the cob into long strips.

    冬瓜去皮切大粒 Peel and dice winter melon.

    燒熱鍋,下冬菇片細火爆數分鐘至香 Heat a wok and stir-fry the shiitake mushroom slices over low heat for a few minutes until fragrant.

    下冬瓜粒,慢火炒香 Add the winter melon dices and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

    加水煲滾 Add water and bring to a boil.

    下粟米件,滾起後轉中火煮10分鐘 Add the corn strips and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
