2燒熱2湯匙麻油,將蝦煎至半熟,取出。
Heat 2 tablespoons sesame oil, pan fry shrimp until half cook and take out.
3原鑊加麻油,加入蒜頭、葱、蝦,炒至全熟。
Heat the sesame oil in the same pan, pan fry garlic, spring onion, shrimp and fry well done.
