- 免治豬肉 Minced pork 500克 500g
- 糖 Sugar 100克 100g
- 蠔油 Oyster sauce 1湯匙 1table
- 醬油 Soy sauce 1湯匙 1table
- 白胡椒粉 White pepper powder 1/2 茶匙 1/2
- 魚露 Fish sauce 1湯匙 1 tabl
- 鹽 Salt 1/2 茶匙 1/2
- 花雕酒 Chinese wine 1湯匙 1table

免治豬肉加醮料攪到起膠 Marinate the minced pork and stir it until sticky.

取保鮮袋裝肉進冰箱冷藏一夜讓肉入味 Put the minced pork into the zip-lock bag and put it into refrigerator for a whole night in order to make the pork tasty.

利用擀麵棍把肉擀成厚薄一致 Use the rolling pin to make the minced pork's thickness the same.

蓋上烘焙紙 Cover it with baking paper.

以170度烤17分鐘 取出翻面(這時會有湯汁,最好把湯汁倒出) Put it into air fryer and bake it in 170 degrees for 17 minutes. (It will have liquor in that time.Better to pour the liquor out.)

取出翻面再以烤炸3分鐘 Flip it and bake it again for 3 minutes.
