- 蒜蓉 Garlic 3粒/Cloves
- 薑 Ginger 2片/Slices
- 節瓜 Hairy gourd 2個/pcs
- 蝦米 Dried shrimps 20克/g
- 粉絲 Glass vermicelli 1扎/Sheaf
- 水 Water 200毫升/ml
- 雞粉 Chicken powder 適量/Some
- 鹽 Salt 1茶匙/tbsp
- 麻油 Sesame oil 1茶匙/tbsp

將節瓜去皮 Scrap off the skin of the hairy gourd .

切成條狀備用 Cut into small pieces.

下少許油 Add oil.

將蒜蓉,薑片,蝦米炒香 Saute the garlic, ginger and dried shrimps.

節瓜煮約5分鐘至軟化 Add hairy gourd and saute 5 mins.

加清水 Add water.

放已浸的粉絲煮至水滾 Add glass vermicelli.

蓋上蓋煮3分鐘 Cover the lid and simmer for 3mins.

放雞粉,麻油,鹽調味 Add Chicken power sesame oil and salt.
