把九層塔洗淨瀝乾水後,摘下九層塔葉待用。 Wash the basil and drain. Take the leaves for use.

打勻雞蛋。 Beat eggs.

下油,油滾,轉小火,倒入蛋液。 Heat oil to boil. Turn into low heat. Pour in the egg liquid.

待蛋半熟狀態,把九層塔葉放進雞蛋內,再反轉另一面煎至金黃色,灑上少許鹽調味,最後加上一小株九層葉作裝飾用,完成。 Add the basil leaves into the semi-cooked egg, flip into another side. Pan fried till it turns into golden color. Season with salt. Garnish with basil leaves. Ready to serve.
