抹茶朱古力瑪德蓮

1全蛋與砂糖混合，並攪拌均勻至糖溶解。

2加入過篩的低粉、泡打粉及抹茶粉，拌勻至沒有粉粒。

3溶化牛油，分2次加入麵糊拌至光滑，然後加入蜂蜜拌勻。

4貝殼模具抹上牛油，放入麵糊至8分滿，灑上朱古力粒，用200°C焗約15分鐘。

5取出瑪德蓮立刻脫模，置於網架上放涼。
