電飯煲食譜|電飯煲檸檬雞翼 Lemon chicken wings in rice cooker
相信呢道檸檬雞翼好多人都食過,甜酸鹹鮮夾得剛剛好,今次改用電飯煲炮製,係更加方便嘅做法。呢個餸唔止好就飯,就算係食唔晒放入雪櫃,隔夜再食都咁好味道,想慳工夫同時間嘅你就一定要試下。
食材
- 雞翼 即買 Chicken wing 1磅/Lb
- 檸檬 Lemon 1個/pc
- 片糖 Slab sugar 1片/pc
- 生抽 Soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 老抽 Dark soy sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 蠔油 Syster sauce 1湯匙/tbsp
- 薑 Ginger 7-8片/slice
- 油 Oil 少許/some

片糖切成細塊 Cut the slab sugar into small pieces.

檸檬半個榨汁,半個切片 Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon and slice the other half.

雞翼 即買 解凍、洗淨抹乾 Thaw and wash the chicken wings, pat them dry.

加生抽、老抽、蠔油及檸檬汁拌勻 Mix together the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon juice.

將油倒入電飯煲內,再鋪上薑片 Pour oil into the rice cooker and spread the ginger slices on top.

將雞翼 即買 及所有醬汁倒入電飯煲內 Place the chicken wings and pour all the sauce into the rice cooker.

再加入片糖碎 Add the crushed slab sugar.

按電飯煲的煮飯鍵開始烹調 Start cooking using the rice cooker's "Cook" function.

當煮至一半時,開蓋將雞翼 即買 拌勻使之均勻上色 When it's halfway cooked, open the lid and stir the chicken wings to evenly coat them with sauce.

加入檸檬片後續煮至完成 Add the lemon slices and continue cooking until done.
