好多人都嫌食粥味道寡,但係呢個香菇滑雞粥就一定唔會,佢既然冬菇同香棗嘅香味,又有雞肉嘅甜味,仲加咗生菜,營養夠晒均衡,仲有滋補養顏嘅功效,特別啱女士們食。

- 白粥粥底 Plain congee 約2千克/kg
- 雞扒 即買 Chicken steak 1塊/pc
- 乾冬菇 Shiitake mushroom 4隻/pcs
- 紅棗 Red dates 3粒/pcs
- 生菜絲 Shredded lettuce 適量/Some
- 蔥花 Chopped spring oniln 少許/Some
醃料
- 生抽 Soy sauce 2茶匙/tsp
- 米酒 Rice wine 2茶匙/tsp
- 糖 Sugar ½茶匙/tsp
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
- 油 Oil 1茶匙/tsp
- 薑絲 Shredded ginger 適量/Some

冬菇及紅棗浸軟後切絲備用 Soak shiitake mushroom and red dates until tender then shred. Set aside.

雞扒 即買 洗淨抺乾,切件,下醃料醃20分鐘 Rinse and pat dry chicken steak. Cut into pieces. Marinate for 20 minutes.

煲滾粥底,下冬菇絲及紅棗絲,中火煲10分鐘至出味 Boil plain congee. Add shredded mushroom and dates. Boil over medium heat for 10 minues.

下雞件,中火煲2分鐘至滾起 Add in chicken pieces. Boil over medium heat for 2 more minutes.

下生菜絲,加蓋以餘溫煮熟雞肉即成. Add shredded lettuce. Cover and leave heat. Let chicken cooked by remaing heat.
