- 蝦米Dried shrimps 30克30g
- 免治豬肉Minced pork 200克200g
- 生抽 1湯匙1 table
- 紹興酒Shao xing wine 2茶匙2 teasp
- 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙 1 teas
- 糖Sugar 1茶匙1 teasp

蓮藕去皮,切粒後攪碎,取出;蝦米洗淨後切碎。 Peel lotus root, crush after dice, then take out. Dice dried shrimps after wash.

將生抽、紹興酒、生粉、糖加入免治豬肉,用手拍打至均勻。 Put soy sauce, Shao xing wine, cornstarch and sugar into minced pork, slapping with hand until mix well.
