1紅蘿蔔,南瓜切片,娃娃菜、栗米、金菇切塊,青蔥切段,香菇鎅花,洋蔥切碎
Cut carrot and pumpkin into slices, baby Chinese cabbage, corn on the cob and Enoki mushroom into pieces, spring onion into sections. Cut a cross sign on top of mushroom. Chop onion.
2鍋中放入牛油, 洋蔥小火炒至半透明
Heat butter in the pot. Stir fry onion until translucent.
3加入清/水雞湯攪拌均勻
Add water or chicken stock and stir well.
4加入牛奶,將所有配菜放入鍋中煮滾即可
Add milk. Add ingredients and bring to a boil.
