芫荽米紙紫菜酥 Deep fry coriander, rice paper and seaweed

芫荽除咗伴碟、做燒賣,打邊爐之外,都可以變成小食,各位芫荽控以後就可以捧住一大兜芫荽米紙紫菜酥,一邊煲劇一邊食啦!

食材 (1-2人) 15分鐘內

食材

  • 芫荽 Coriander 3棵/Stalks
  • 壽司紫菜 Sushi seaweed 5張/Sheets
  • 米紙皮 Rice paper 5張/Sheets
  • 椒鹽 Pepper 適量/Some

    紫菜鋪平,再平均放上芫荽 Put a sheet of seaweed on a table, then place some coriander on it.

    在大碟中裝適量水,放入米紙皮沾濕 Soften a sheet of rice paper with a plate of water.

    將米紙平放在紫菜上 Put the rice paper sheet on top of the seaweed sheet.

    將米紙連同紫菜用剪刀一開四,風乾約半小時待米紙變乾 Cut the seaweed sheet into 4. Let rice paper dry for about 30 minutes.

    燒熱油,中火將米紙炸至漲起,立即撈出 Heat oil. Deep fry the seaweed over medium heat. Take out once the rice paper is inflated.

    灑上少許椒鹽調味,完成 Seasons with pepper salt. Done.
