家常小菜蒜茸西蘭花做法食譜

  • 西蘭花Broccoli 1棵1 Stalk
  • 食材]蒜茸Minced Garlic 2湯匙2 tbsp

調味料

  • 蠔油Oyster Sauce 1茶匙1 tsp
  • 糖Sugar 1茶匙1 tsp
  • 酒Wine 1茶匙1 tsp
  • 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙1 tsp
  • 清水Water 1湯匙1 tbsp

    西蘭花切件 Cut broccoli into pieces.

    落西蘭花至水滾後盛起 Add broccoli into water and bring to boil, take out.

    爆香蒜茸,落西蘭花炒勻 Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in broccoli and stir-fry.

    落蠔油、糖及酒炒勻 Add in oyster sauce, sugar and wine and stir-fry.

    落生粉水埋芡炒勻即成 Add in cornstarch water to thicken the sauce. Done.
