- 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙1 tsp

西蘭花切件 Cut broccoli into pieces.

落西蘭花至水滾後盛起 Add broccoli into water and bring to boil, take out.

爆香蒜茸,落西蘭花炒勻 Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add in broccoli and stir-fry.

落蠔油、糖及酒炒勻 Add in oyster sauce, sugar and wine and stir-fry.
