家常小菜干貝蜆醬啫啫菜煲食譜做法

食材

  • 唐生菜Lettuce 3棵3pcs
  • 干貝醬Dried scallops sauce 2茶匙2 teasp
  • 蜆肉醬Clam sauce 2茶匙2 teasp
  • 蒜頭Garlic 3粒3pcs
  • 乾葱Dried shallot 2粒2pcs
  • 辣椒Hot pepper 1條1pc
  • 魚露Fish sauce 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 紹興酒Shao Xing wine 1湯匙1 table
  • 黃糖Light brown sugar 少許little
  • 麻油Sesame oil 少許little

    唐生菜切走根部及洗淨,蒜頭拍扁及去皮,乾葱切片,辣椒切粒。 Remove lettuce root and wash lettuce, smack and peel garlic, slice dried shallot, dice hot pepper.

    燒熱油,爆香乾葱、蒜頭、辣椒、干貝醬、蜆肉醬、紹興酒。 Heat the oil, saute dried shallot, garlic, hot pepper, dried scallops sauce, clam sauce and Shao Xing wine.

    再加唐生菜入煲內,下魚露、黃糖、少許麻油拌勻,熄火,蓋上蓋焗2分鐘。 Put lettuce in a pot, add fish sauce, light brown sugar and a little sesame oil, stir well. Off the heat, cover the lid and steam 2 mins.
