1000 次梳乎厘奄列 唔知大家又有無聽過 / 試過呢?
夏天到啦,挑戰埋1000次梳乎厘奄列,訓練出健壯嘅手臂啦。梳乎厘奄列嘅蓬鬆口感,會令普通嘅雞蛋變得更加好食。

食材 (1-2人) 30分鐘內

食材

  • 蛋黃 6隻
  • 0.5茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 蛋白 6隻
  • 2湯匙

    將雞蛋分成蛋黃及蛋白;Separate eggs into yolks and whites

    蛋黃加入半茶匙鹽和1茶匙糖拌勻;Beat yolks with 1.3 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar

    蛋白用電動打蛋器打至起泡,分兩次加入糖,打至企身;Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until bubbles, add sugar in 2 rounds, beat until firm peaks form.

    開小火預熱,在易潔鑊底掃上一層薄薄的油;Preheat pan with low heat, grease pan lightly.

    先平均倒入蛋黃在鑊底,然後加入已打起蛋白。用膠刮輕輕掃平,蓋上鑊蓋,小火煮5-7分鐘。Pour in egg yolks evenly, then add whisked egg whites, smooth out surface with a scraper, cover to cook for 5-7 minutes

    奄列熟透後(可切開一半,對摺),起鑊趁熱享用。When the omelette is cooked, serves right away.
