[氣炸鍋食譜]魷魚筒飯Rice-stuffed Squids

魷魚筒飯出面係彈牙嘅魷魚,裡面係濕潤嘅上湯白飯,口感豐富。將魷魚筒飯切成一片片嘅時候,仲可以見到完美嘅橫切面,無論味覺、視覺都好驚喜啊!

食材 (1-2人) 1小時內

  • 急凍魷魚Frozen squids 2隻2 pcs
  • 雞湯Chicken stock 3/4杯¾ cup
  • 白米Rice 3/4杯¾ cup
  • 燒肉汁 Roast meatsauce 適量

    預先以上湯煮飯 Cook rice with chicken stock

    魷魚解凍後,沖洗和去掉內臟 Defrost squids, wash and remove intestines

    切走魷魚鬚 Cut away tentacles 將煮好的飯塞入魷魚身,約七成滿 Fill the squids with rice up to ¾ full.

    用牙籤封口 Seal with toothpicks.

    掃上燒肉汁 Brush on roast meat sauce.

    氣炸180度7分鐘,再掃一層汁,再炸3分鐘 Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes, brush sauce again, cook for 3 minutes more.
