人生總會有啲時間冇胃口,但唔食又唔得喎,點搞呢?比我見到谷友Mary-Ann Gonesh-Tjon post左呢個甜醋排骨,個樣都唔錯喎,酸酸尾尾咁開胃!要煮成個鐘咁耐,到時各位冇胃口既同志們都會等到餵架喇。

- 一字排 rids 1.5 kg
- 紹興酒 shaoxing wine 2湯匙 2spoon
- 冰糖 rock sugar 2大舊 2 larg
- 老抽 dark soy sauce 2湯匙 2 spoo
- 蒸魚豉油 Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 4湯匙4 spoon
- 甜醋 dark sweet vinegar 8湯匙 8 spoo
- 水 water (夠架! 可以校細d火,但唔好再加水) 10湯匙 10 sp
- 薑片ginger 適量
- 紅葱頭 red onion 適量

排骨切條飛水備用。Blanch the big slip ribs for later use

炒香薑片, 紅葱頭,蒜。加入巳飛水排骨。略炒。fry ginger, red onion and garlic a while and add in the blanched ribs
