- 牛油 Butter 20克/g
- 蒜頭(剁蓉) Minced garlic 4瓣/cloves
- 生粉 Corn starch 適量/some
雞翼醃料
- 蛋白 Egg white 1隻/pc
- 紹興酒 Shaoxing wine 1湯匙/tbsp
- 生粉Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
- 生抽 Soy sauce 1茶匙/tsp
- 砂糖 Sugar 1茶匙/tsp
- 麻油Sesame oil 適量/some
- 胡椒粉Pepper 適量/some

雞翼 即買 加入蒜蓉、生抽、胡椒粉、生粉、砂糖、麻油、紹興酒及蛋白拌勻醃20分鐘 Marinate chicken wings with garlic, soy sauce, pepper, starch , sugar, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and egg white for 20 minutes

將雞翼 即買 沾上生粉,然後噴油 Coat chicken wings with corn starch then spray some oil.
