【補充鐵質】碎牛粥 Menced beef congee

去粥舖諗唔到食乜,通常都會點牛肉粥,一來牛肉有充足嘅鐵質,二來有炸米粉口感十足。不如一齊喺屋企整返碗啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

食材

  • 白粥粥底 Plain congee 約2千克/kg
  • 免治牛肉 Menced beef 200克/g
  • 米粉 Rice noodle 約30克/g
  • 葱花 Chopped spring onion 適量/some

醃料

  • 生抽 Soy sauce 2茶匙/tsp
  • 生粉 Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
  • 梳打粉 Baking sode ½ 茶匙/tsp
  • 鹽 Salt 少許/Some
  • 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許/Some
  • 水 Water 50毫升/ml

    免治牛肉與醃料拌勻,醃15分鐘 Marinate menced beef with marinade for 15 minutes.

    米粉放熱油內炸至鬆脆,瀝乾油份 Deep fry rice noodle in hot oil. Drain dry.

    將炸米粉弄碎,免治牛肉混和 Mix deep dried rice noodle with menced beef.

    煲滾粥底,下免治牛肉,用刮刀弄碎後立即熄火 Boil plain congee. Add and crumble minced beef. Turn off heat.

    拌以葱花享用 Serve with chopped spring onion.
