將番茄洗淨切件 , 洋蔥去皮切件 , 白蘿蔔切件 Rinse tomato. Peel onion. But both and radish into pieces.

把秋葵用肥牛卷起成一串串 Roll okra with beef slices and fix with skewer sticks.

煲內加入少許油燒熱 , 加入蕃茄爆炒至出茄油 , 再加入洋蔥 Heat some oil in a pot. Stir fry tomato until it release red sauce. Add onion.

加入高湯/熱水 Add hot water or stock.
