- 紅豆 Azuki bean 120克/g
- 芋頭 Taro 200克/g
- 片糖 Slab sugar 50克/g

紅豆先加少許水泡浸30分鐘,再放冰格雪至結冰 Soak azuki beans in water for 30 minutes. Then freeze it.

芋頭切細粒備用 Dice taro.

將紅豆放入電飯煲內,加水1公升 Put azuki beans inside a rice cooker. Add 1 liter water.

按電飯煲的快煮鍵煮25分鐘至紅豆爆開 Press the cooking bottom and cook for 25 minutes until azuki beans bursted.

加入芋頭粒續煮10分鐘 Add diced taro and cook for 10 minutes.

放片糖,再煮5分鐘至溶化,攪拌均勻即成 Add slab sugar and cook for 5 minutes until dissolved. Stir well
