- 糖 Sugar 3湯匙 3 tps
- 牛奶 Milk 500毫升 500m
- 粟粉 Corn starch 60克 60g
- 芝士 Cheese 2片 2 slice

芒果取肉切粒,備用 Dice the mangoes and put it aside.

糖、牛奶、粟粉在鍋中拌勻 Stir sugar, milk and corn starch in a pot.

慢火煮熟 Cook with low heat.

加入芝士片 Add the cheese slices.

煮至濃稠及可拉絲,離火 Cook it until mushy and stringy.Close fire.

將一半牛奶漿倒入糕盤內 Pour half milk pulp into the pastry plate.
