氹小朋友食菜真係唔容易,不如試下整呢個營養蔬菜蛋餅,做法簡單,賣相吸引,有菜有蛋又有啲香口,餸飯真真係一流,今晚就整畀小朋友試下啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

食材

  • 椰菜 Cabbage ½ 個 ½pc
  • 甘筍 Carrot 1條 1pc
  • 雞蛋 Egg 3-4隻 3-4pc
  • 麵粉 Flour 4湯匙 4tbsp
  • 鹽 Salt 少許 Some
  • 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許 Some

    椰菜切幼絲 Shred cabbage.

    甘筍切幼絲 Shred carrot.

    加1隻雞蛋、麵粉、鹽及胡椒粉拌勻 Mix well with 1 egg, flour, salt and pepper.

    將蔬菜絲鋪在平底鑊上,弄成環狀,慢火煎香 Spread shredded vegetables into a ring shape on a pan. Pan fry over low heat.

    將雞蛋煎打在環內,繼續煎香及翻轉至成形,完成 Put the egg inside the ring. Pan fry and flip until the cake is set. Done.
