- 椰菜 Cabbage ½ 個 ½pc
- 甘筍 Carrot 1條 1pc
- 雞蛋 Egg 3-4隻 3-4pc
- 麵粉 Flour 4湯匙 4tbsp
- 鹽 Salt 少許 Some
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder 少許 Some

椰菜切幼絲 Shred cabbage.

甘筍切幼絲 Shred carrot.

加1隻雞蛋、麵粉、鹽及胡椒粉拌勻 Mix well with 1 egg, flour, salt and pepper.

將蔬菜絲鋪在平底鑊上,弄成環狀,慢火煎香 Spread shredded vegetables into a ring shape on a pan. Pan fry over low heat.

將雞蛋煎打在環內,繼續煎香及翻轉至成形,完成 Put the egg inside the ring. Pan fry and flip until the cake is set. Done.
